Paul Martin, once considered to be one of the best of the European Style Timber Framers, second to the likes of Frederic Brillant. It's unlikely that this has changed. After completeing the Cabildo Paul began practicing a method of layout which seemed to incorporated elements of both Square Rule and French Scribe.
